The ENGAGE Leadership program inspired me to approach my employees differently; with much more interaction and involvement in the solution. The substantial, in-depth content together with situational case studies offered a well-balanced program that held my interest and enabled me to focus on the learning. The program helped me to execute a plan for empowering my staff to solve problems more effectively. Group coaching brought out a wealth of knowledge from participants and allowed us to draw from each other’s experience. I learned so much from this program, found it very useful and applicable to the workplace, and thoroughly enjoyed the learning process. Thank you!
