Susanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in organizational behaviour as well as several certifications that add to her compentencies. She obtained her CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) designation in 2001 with the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), the largest HR association in Canada. The CHRL designation is the national standard for excellence in human resources management.

In 2011, Susanne became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. She received her coaching certification with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the oldest and largest coach training school, founded in 1992 by Karen and Henry Kimsey-House and Laura Whitworth. CTI’s certification program offers the most rigorous and thorough training in the coaching industry. Susanne was trained on the Co-Active Model that encompasses a philosophy, a methodology, a skill set and a communication form that balances self-awareness, relationship intelligence and courageous action so that people can be deeply fulfilled, connected to others and successful in what matters most. The foundation of all of CTI’s training, the Co-Active Model is being applied in business, education, medicine, government, communities and families around the world.

Susanne is also a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), the leading coaching organization on the globe. ICF is dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high professional and ethical standards that members commit to uphold. ICF has created the Professional Charter for Coaching and Mentoring to be used in conjunction with the ICF Code of Ethics. This work establishes a set of guidelines whose goal is to establish a benchmark for ethics and good practice in coaching and mentoring.
