Susanne’s leadership coaching has helped me become more aware of my approach and to understand the difference between my intentions and others’ perceptions. I have learned how to be a more engaging and motivating leader by acknowledging positives rather than criticizing mistakes. I now empower staff by asking questions rather than giving all the answers so that they are able to solve their own problems, make effective decisions, and work more independently. By incorporating the leadership skills I learned in the coaching program, I have increased team efficiency, performance, and overall success. I learned a lot about myself and how to more effectively interact with others and would recommend this program to anyone in a leadership position.
