Michelle Nicodemo, Windsor Downtown Mission

The work I did in Game Change Coaching’s leadership development program helped boost my level of Emotional Intelligence and become a more engaging leader. Team members approach me more readily, feel empowered to trust their own skills and abilities, are working more independently, and are taking on bigger roles. As a result, I have more time to work proactively and am able to manage stressful and contentious situations more effectively.
