Susanne’s Leadership Coaching Program has empowered me to become a more confident leader and decision maker who takes on new challenges with eagerness and enjoyment. I no longer take things personally, shy away from difficulties, or second guess myself. I now look at issues more objectively and use my “bring it” mindset to lead with determination and self-assurance. I highly recommend this program!

My work with Susanne has been life-changing on many levels. I have changed my vocabulary, I use visualization to prepare for stressful situations, and I remind myself each day about the person I want to be. Through the coaching program I have learned to take a step back when feeling triggered and respond more thoughtfully rather than allowing emotions to take over. As a result, I am far less stressed and have developed more productive relationships with all personality types. I have really enjoyed this program!

As a result of implementing leadership strategies from Game Change Coaching’s leadership program, I am more conscious while interacting with employees and my level of approachability has improved considerably. Rather than providing employees with all of the answers, I now have the skills to keep an open mind, listen really well, and ask powerful questions that invoke independent thinking in my staff. This new approach has helped me deal with issues more productively, has decreased my stress level, and as a result, I have become a more effective leader.

The leadership workshops delivered by Game Change Coaching & Consulting have been highly effective in enhancing the competencies and overall effectiveness of our leadership team. The workshops went beyond theory to include simple and effective tools along with accountability to practice and apply the tools in the workplace. This format provided a way for our leaders to build their competencies over time, address challenges and learn from each other. As a result of the leadership team applying the learning from the workshops, employees are more motivated, engaged in their work, and are performing better than before. This workshop series brought about lasting results for our leaders and organization, and has had a positive impact on our bottom line.

Susanne’s leadership coaching has helped me become more aware of my approach and to understand the difference between my intentions and others’ perceptions. I have learned how to be a more engaging and motivating leader by acknowledging positives rather than criticizing mistakes. I now empower staff by asking questions rather than giving all the answers so that they are able to solve their own problems, make effective decisions, and work more independently.
