How is ENGAGE Leadership training different?
Traditional training usually involves about 90% lecture with 10% demonstration. What makes the ENGAGE Leadership program so special and effective is that the training is facilitated in a non-traditional way. With this style, the theory component makes up about 30% of the program, leaving room to incorporate other powerful learning methods including exercises, demonstration, practice, feedback, workplace application, accountability, and group coaching to support participants in building skills, confidence and competence.
All workshops are interactive, practical, relevant, challenging, fun and highly effective in bringing about lasting change. Sessions include group discussions, demonstrations, role-play, personal stories and illustrations. Curriculum is derived from the ENGAGE Leadership Model as well as years of work experience as a human resources professional, manager and leader. Special consideration for providing clear, concise information specific to organizational needs serves to streamline the learning process and bring about optimal results.
